A production‑ready thin slice: real auth, one core flow, payments/analytics (where relevant), docs, and a live deploy. You own the repo and infrastructure.
How is pricing structured for the MVP build?+
Fixed scope, fixed fee. I agree the thin slice with you on Day 1 and price it upfront - no hourly overages or surprise invoices.
Who owns the code and cloud accounts after delivery?+
You do. Repos are transferred to you, and cloud/services are created in your organization, with access handed over securely at demo.
What tech stack do you use for MVPs?+
Defaults are React/Next.js or a lightweight React app, a Node/TypeScript backend, hosted Postgres or Mongo, Stripe for payments, and simple product analytics. I adapt where your context needs it.
Can we change scope mid‑sprint?+

I'm Dhruv - I build AI apps, SaaS platforms, and mobile MVPs for startup founders. I spent four years at the BBC shipping election dashboards to millions of users, then partnered with the United Nations, OCCRP, and 20+ startups to design and ship products end-to-end.
